Rich brie and sweet Pine Syrup for Christmas

Pine conifer syrup goes really well with soft cheeses. In fact it goes so well you can dispense with the usual grapes and apple and really indulge with that lovely richness cheese gives you, with a selection of seasonal nuts – walnuts, hazelnuts and warm roasted chestnuts.

Drizzle a little syrup over brie, goats cheese, herb roulades and Camembert. ♦
