Our conifer syrups have three distinct flavours and are very easy to use in marinades or for dipping sauces, either cold or warmed through. We make lots of different ones, keep in the fridge and use in our day to day cooking to get quick flavoursome food. Mix with juices, soy sauces, flavoured oils or bulimic’s.
- Fir Cone Syrup, slightly citrus with lemon or lime juice, for use with fish or chicken.
- Fir Tip Syrup, fruity and works with mustard for pork and ribs.
- Pine Cone Syrup, being slightly aniseed and tangy, can handle Worcestershire sauce and a dash of hot chilli for oriental dishes, barbeque meats. ♦
